This area has held and produced some very large bucks over the past several years. In fact a 200 class buck was killed not far from this property and several mature bucks are caught on the owners trail camera each year. This is a great parcel to build a home on and be able to hunt, or just have a hunting parcel for you and a friend/family member. Approx. 6 acres of tillable land brings in a small income each year, about enough to pay the property taxes. Or you could add more habitat using those acres. There is room outside of the tillable acres to install some food plots. The Vermillion Creek runs through the property all along the west side.
The current owner owns the 80 acre parcel to the west and practices QDM. We just installed several acres of prairie grass on that farm. The landowner to the east does not hunt and there is quite a bit of swamp/low land to the north which gives lots of hiding places for the deer.
This property is on the Shiawassee/Clinton County line, with the property in Shiawasse and the next property to the west is in Clinton.
This property is minutes from I-69 and US 127 and very close to downtown Laingsburg.
