We guarantee that apart from normal wear and tear, if it has the Stoney Creek heart on it, it will be free from material and manufacturing defects for 1 or 2 YEARS (depending on the individual warranty for the product) - please view our website or individual garment swing tag and/or packaging for details on your product's warranty.

This warranty covers any material and manufacturer workmanship defects in your Stoney Creek product. This warranty is null and void if the product is used in an application that the product has not been designed or intended for, or if it has been incorrectly worn or fitted. Stoney Creek products are designed and purpose-built with a specific intended use in mind. This means that the performance of the materials and products are designed in such a way that they balance weight, comfort, performance and durability in order to maximize your experience during that specific use. Please note, Stoney Creek products are not indestructible. Rocks, branches, thorns, barbed wire, chemicals, other sharp objects and continuous abrasion can push your product beyond the limits of the fabric and its design. We ask that you understand the intended application of your Stoney Creek product and enjoy the use of these products within those applications.

If your Stoney Creek gear has a manufacturing defect, or has been damaged due to any of the reasons above, please take it into your local Stoney Creek retailer or send directly to us after completing the following WARRANTY & REPAIRS FORM. Our specialist team will assess your garment and if it’s under warranty, we will repair or replace this as we see appropriate. If the damage is not covered under warranty, we will do our best to offer you a repairs service that will get you back into the hills, water or farm with your beloved Stoney Creek gear a.s.a.p.

Please clean your products before returning them to us, otherwise we will not be able to accept them.
